Chef Author Pati Jinich Is Hot, Hot, Hot!!

She’s hot, hot, hot! And we’re not just talking about her food or her spices!

Chef Patricia Jinich, author of “Pati’s Mexican Table: The Secrets of Real Mexican Home Cooking,” has been burning up the airwaves — and newspapers and the web — this month following the release of her cookbook.

Appearances have included “The Today Show” and “The Chew.”

She’s also been reviewed in the Washington Post Food page (“Jinich directs her research, experience, love of country and personal journey onto the printed page.”)  Shelf Awareness (“She understands what it means to be able to cook well for your family when time is precious and has put her expertise on the page in Pati’s Mexican Table.”); Que Means What? (“What I really enjoyed about the book, so far, is that Pati stays on point in making these recipes simple for anyone to complete. Honestly, I was surprised that it was so delicious with such few ingredients.”); and The Latin Kitchen (“Pati’s Mexican Table is sure to become a favorite, drawing you back to the kitchen time and time again, armed with the tips and tricks you’ll need to make these wonderful dishes a part of your family’s every day.”)… to name just a few!

Come meet Pati on May 18, where she’ll be doing an exclusive cooking demo, and signing books for us at the Gaithersburg Book Festival!
