I loved anything by Judy Blume, not sure which was my favorite.
Why do you enjoy attending book festivals, either as a presenter or audience member?
I like being able to interact with readers and other authors. I feel energized being around other writers. In addition, the excitement and energy from readers gives me the motivation to go home and WRITE.
Have you been to the D.C. area before? If so, what is your favorite thing about it?
I live outside of Baltimore, so I frequent D.C. My favorite thing is the restaurant/lounge scene.
What is the most difficult, or challenging, aspect of being a writer?
Writing is a peaceful, spiritual connection between me, my imagination and my laptop. But when it’s all done, I would have to say being open to criticism on this work that you created with love.
