A Testimonial to the Strength of 2014’s Children’s Line-Up

It’s always nice when we get positive feedback about what we’re doing, which is why we can’t resist posting an email received recently by our festival chair. (Reprinted with permission.) The email is also a testimonial as to why anyone with a child in elementary school should come out on May 17 and enjoy our amazing line up of children’s and teen authors.

Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!  For the festival. This year’s line-up of young people authors is absolutely amazing. I’m going to push and push for my students at Fox Chapel Elementary School to find a way to walk, ride, fly, skip, hop, jump their way to the festival this year.

I’d love to volunteer at the festival; but, I’d be afraid to miss my opportunity to hear the authors and get my armful of books autographed for the media center here. And, oh, how do I NOT go broke this year buying something for every kind of reader I’ve got here; because, this year’s line-up of authors represents a bit of everything for boys and girls, for avid and reluctant readers.

I am so enthused about what I see on the web site.
